Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required—you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping details, and receive exclusive updates from AIFEX.

How do I place an order?
Browse our selection of icemakers, add your preferred model to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you need to make changes, email us at support@aifex.shop as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee changes once your order has entered processing or been shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Currently, we offer free shipping to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Shipping fees for other countries are calculated at checkout.

What are your shipping times?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time averages 1–3 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 7–15 business days (Monday–Friday).

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact our support team within 7 days of your expected delivery date or upon receiving a damaged item. Please include your order number and any photos of the issue—we’ll assist you in resolving it promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on damaged or defective products and incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. For non-custom products, change-of-mind returns may be accepted (conditions apply). Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details.

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at support@aifex.shop to request a return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Are customized or limited items returnable?
